Lemon Pancakes Ingredients: A lemon 250ml. Of Olive oil 250ml. Of Milk 250gr. Of Sugar Four eggs Two spoonfuls of Royal 300gr. Of flour Procedure: 1.- Pre heat the oven at 180 C. 2.- Beat in a bowl the milk and the grate lemon, Stir until the preparation to make it sparkling. 3.- Add the sugar, the oil, the flour and the Royal; Stir until the ingredients get integrated perfectly. We get a preparation creamy and mild. 4.- Take a mould for pancakes, put in curly paper in each cubicule. Put in three spoonfuls of the preparation. If you wish you can sprinkle a little of sugar. 5.- Bake during 20 min. We claim that our pancakes are brown. 6.- Finally, let them cool.
