You will receive a letter grade for ART 135. This course is a Lecture/Lab and meets 4 hours 10 minutes each week. Student Responsibilities: 1. Attend class . Notify the instructor before class meets if you will be arriving late or leaving early, either of which may result in a deduction in your final grade. Make certain to obtain any missed information or assignments from another student. 2. Participate throughout every class meeting . This is not a typical “lecture” class. Participation is critical for students to develop the quality of work and draftsmanship expected as a final outcome of the course. 3. Turn in all out of class assignments on the date it is due at the beginning of class . Late assignments will not be accepted. Students are advised to manage their time wisely so as to be able to complete all assignments on time and to the best of their ability; failure to turn in assignments on time will result in a lowered grade for the course. 4. Complete all in-class exercises in full and to the best of your ability.
