They have an efect on all three dimensions o an organization I, WE and the IT. This happens because in many conversations people hide acts, sugar-coat reality, and claim helplessness to try to control the interaction and get what they want. Or they are “honest” to such an extent that they are ofensive and disrespectul. Communicating authentically can help people move to more honest and authentic interactions that create increased commitment, true accountability, and improved business perormance. What do you think about the assertion that people hide acts, sugar-coat reality and claim helplessness in conversations?
