There's so much to explore! Food growing, forest skills, habitats & green school enterprise Our qualied education team personalise programmes depending upon your schools requirements. We work independently or with Teachers to deliver memorable and diverse activities that compliment learning inside the classroom . Working within the Sustainable Schools framework our programmes are built upon the principles of care of ones self, of others and the environment. There are 8 doorways in our framework which are approached through a range of activities that include & promote outdoor activities such as food growing, forest skills, wildlife activities, school enterprise, curriculum and commu- nity work, health & wellbeing and global dimension. Gro-organic is commied to ensuring that schools develop the condence and skills to continue their outdoor education independently. To support this we have added some key workshops to our programme which include: TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING Providing Teachers, TA’s, SENCO teams and parents with a series of hands on CPD and progressive learning opportunities enabling them to go on to deliver a range of experiences independently. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Providing ideas and support to develop long term opportunities within the local community. SCHOOL ENTERPRISE Enabling primary school children to develop skills in presentations, negotiation and ensuring that the school garden becomes “nancially sustainable” FREE FUND WRITING & BID SUPPORT Our feedback shows that schools can have diculty nding the physical resource and experience that is required to successfully win funding for outdoor education. The good news is, there are lots available so sit back and relax whilst we do the hard work for you.
