Indigenous groups such as the Yanomamo and Kayapo have been living in the Amazon for thousands of years Not only them, but other settlers that want to tap into the natural resources that the rainforest provides. Migrants, they stay in one spot until the resources are used and then move to another area. Utilize the plants around them that have hallucinogens to have and create a closer relationship to god. Very spiritual, Shaman is the group member that knows all the local plants and animals and is said to be the one that connects to the spirit world. Today, few tribes live in seclusion. Most tribes live on what is called resguardos that implement both traditional and modern elements.
