Thesematerials include books, journals, scholarly researchand others.Several methodsof data analysiswereusedsuch as historical, comparative, inductiveanddeductive method. This study found out thatal- Ghazz ali was very meticulous when discussing thepositions, the laws, principlesand conditions of the CBID.In addition, al-Ghazz ali ’s viewsonlocation-based deviation act have raiseda newideaon theclassification ofdetestable-relatedplacesandareas such as worship, education, social and economic. To ensure the successful and effective application of the findings in fighting against acts of disobedience based on chronology, the support from the government is much needed. As such, this studyfinds thatan act ofCBID against theruleris very vital. Therefore, the findings of this studyproposedthemethodology ofan act of CBID against these groupsisby giving explanation ( al- ta‘r i f ),by means ofgiving gentleadvice( al- wa‘ z ) containinga reminder of thegoodand badconsequences( al-tarh i b waal-targh i b ), byexpression of rebuttalspeech using strong language( al-takhsh i nfi al- qawl )andby the use of force( al- man’ bi al-qahr ).However, as implied by al-Ghazz ali , onlythefirsttwo approaches are appropriate. The other twoapproachescan beused provided that they will not lead toa greateraction ofdetestable. Therefore, according to al- Ghazz ali the Muslim scholars are the one who are responsible for giving the advice and guidance tothe government.Theclose cooperationbetween the government,Muslim scholars andthe communityis essentialfor the successful implementation oftheCBID efforts.
