About Emma Stanaway PHOTOGRAPHER

I live and work on beautiful Waiheke Island.
I crave authenticity in a photograph as well as artistic values & am always striving to acheive both.
My style: A mix of the photo journalistic with a dash of fashion & creative portraiture thrown in.

My absolute passion is photographing women, any age shape or size.

I know what beautiful looks like, and pride myself in capturing it in every individual i photograph.

To date my work has been selected for two exhibitions both in New York City, one at the prestigeous "Angel Orensanz Foundation For Contemporary Art" The other involved one of my photographs being projected onto the side of a 47-story skyscraper.

Although my medium is visual I am audio driven.
Music inspires me to create.

If music is my inspiration my husband & two children Chloe 16, and River 7, are my world.

I love what i do, preseving moments in time, & delivering images that tell the story.
