The net proceeds o US$125 million will be used to und capital expenditures, repay existing debt and or general corporate purposes. So ar the new notes have generated a great deal o interest in the market. This is a urther refection on the overall good quality o Linc Energy’s oil and gas assets and management in the USA. We have entered into an agreement to sell our Carmichael Coal Mine royalty rights back to the mine’s owner, Adani or AU$155 million. This was a prudent move by the Company given current Australian coal mine conditions and the projected time to rst coal rom the Carmichael mine, when the royalty income stream was due to come into eect. The unds will be received in two installments, with the rst payment o AU$90 million expected to be received by October this year, then AU$65 million by October 2015. This capital injection will enable us to reduce debt, strengthen the Company’s cash on balance sheet position and to support upcoming projects, such as our drilling campaign in the Arckaringa Basin in South Australia.
