A Message from John and Debbie Table of Contents Message …………....………..2 Sales News …………..….3 – 4 Who We Are……….……..5– 21 Regional Resources......22 - 25 Take a Break ………………..26 News You Can Use .………..27 Working Together to Deliver Solutions Page 2 Changes in our midst. One of us pictured on this page ( hint … initials are DB) doesn’t necessarily like change. We work hard and plan diligently to become successful — why would we want (or need) to change that? We have the tendency to say “it’s worked before, it will work again”. We take a lot of time making sure people understand that this is the way we have always done it and look how well it’s gone in the past. These days, even change is changing. We don’t have the luxury of running things in a parallel world anymore. We aren’t able to test and ponder and wait to see results before we jump in and change something. Our world is more immediate, the multitude of generations represented in our workforce push us to move faster and take more risks, and our clients demand more...better...now. Hopefully, we are being strategic with our thought processes as we contemplate changes. While the processes and procedures “the hows” that surround us in our daily work lives certainly need to be refreshed frequently, and we need to promote ourselves to the world in a friendlier, fresher way, we should not question or doubt the underlying value of “why” we do things. Some things should not change - our core values should remain intact - our beliefs and passions and ethics should be the defining foundation for what we do - for our clients, our families, our selves. But let’s embrace the changes in the way we deliver our messages… how we introduce ourselves to the world. Instead of thinking of things as “change”, we can consider them rebranding, refreshing, revitalizing. It’s all about making an impression—getting someone’s attention so that you get the opportunity to deliver those valuable messages and underlying services . By the way….Keep an eye out for a new look to the Sellabration Newsletter—coming soon with new branding. Moving and shaking in the SCR! Thanks to all of you for all you do!
