I have started a journal to record my process of making my company accessible to all people no matter what condition. As well as removing mistreatment of those who are disabled. My goal is to create a workplace that is less stressful and everyone feels welcome. I have made it my personal goal to protect everyone from harassment and unfair treatment based on race, sexual orientation, religious views,gender , and physical and mental capabilities. This journal is ongoing.
