progressed, Ralph saw that he wasn ʼ t the only one suffering. All these people had gone through terrible experiences, and some more horrible than his. He then started opening up to the group talking a lot more, and explaining why he is so scared and traumatized in his every day life. Ralph was very surprised of the outcome , as the visions didn ʼ t get worse, but they actually started getting better. Almost six months into meeting with this group of people, Ralph is feeling much better about himself and his situation. He no longer has nightmares, and his fantasy dreams are now his favorite part of sleeping. The ashbacks have also been fading away over time and they only happen about once a month, although they are not troubling to Ralph . as he easily brushes them off. Whenever he does remember the island, he just simply thinks of how lucky and grateful he is to have made it home safely. He has made plenty of friends through these meetings, and has started to go to school again. Ralph knows that he will be back to his normal self any day now, and he has all the hope in the world.
