This book was developed through the heartfelt cries of my students over the years. Since I was a child I was always fascinated with technology. I recall my first transistor radio and wondering “what makes this thing tick?” How does it work? Thus, I opened it up, took it apart and tried to wrap my feeble mind around what was far beyond my understanding. I have rubbed shoulders with some of the best IT guys in the field of technology over the years that helped to shape my ongoing hunger and thirst to understand technology. Although I have taken several technology courses in my life, and I would say I have learned more through trial and error. Therefore, I hope that it will be as much of a blessing to you as it has been for me to write it.
