Queso parmesano 16. 1 manojo chico cebollin 17. 3 dientes de ajo 18. 4 cucharadas de azúcar Procedimiento: 1._ salpimentar las pechugas y hacer un orificio profundo a lo largo de la pechuga 2._ rebanar en bruniose un diente de ajo y las almendras 3._ rebanar en small dice el tocino 4._rebanar en shiffonade el perejil 5._ en un sarten derretir mantequilla, aceite de olivo y saltar el ojo, el tocino y la carne, salpimentar 6._añadir el perejil y dejar cocinar 7._rellenar las pechugas y sellarlas 8._colocar sobre el escofier las pechugas y reservar 9._pelar los mangos. Licuarlos con la caltidad de picante deseado, azúcar, y poca agua 10._ bañar las pechugas con la salsa de mango y cubrir con aluminio. Hornear por espacio de 25 min. Aproximadamente a 180° 11._ desinfectar las lechugas, trocearlas y reservar, rebanar en rodajas el jitomate
