Página 1 Ingredientes 1 Paq. De pasta fusilli. 50 Ml. Aceite de olivo. 1 Pimientochico amarillo y uno rojo. 90 Gr. Mantequilla. 2 Dientes de ajo. ½ Pza. De cebolla. 2 Hojas de laurel. 200 Gr. Camarón pacotilla. 10 Aceitunas deshuesadas. 200 Gr. Queso parmesano. Sal y pimienta. 1 Baguette. Orégano seco. ½ Manojo de perejil. Paprika en polvo. PROCEDIMIENTO: 1. Pre cocer la pasta en agua hirviendo con un trozo de cebolla, un diente de ajo, aceite de oliva, laurel y sal. Drenar la pasta y reservar. 2. Rebanar en brunoise el resto de la cebolla y el diente de ajo. Reservar. 3. Rebanar en small dice los pimientos y aceitunas. 4. En un sartén amplio verter aceite de olivo y mantequilla, dejar calentar y saltear con cebolla. 5. Agregar pimiento y sal. Añadirlos camarones y rectificar sazón. 6. Añadir la pasta, el perejil en shiffonade y verter queso, terminar de mezclar y calentar. 7. Rebanar pan, untar mantequilla, paprika y orégano. Hornear por espacio de 18 minutos.
