As a harbinger o good news, allow me to share with you some new developments: Branding and vision: In the months to come, we will aim at consolidating the work done over the last ew years, and ocus on how we can be Inspired by Passion and what does it mean to all o us. We shall communicate more actively on our new Brand Uspa and also continue with the implementation o the Uspa Brand standards and protocols. Social media strategy: We have recently recruited a social media specialist who has been doing a great job with his team Social media is now an integral part o our marketing and communication stargey, I am thereore encouraging youto go on our Facebook page, our Twitter account and to engage with us. Last but not least, I will soon be launching an Excellence award whose aim is to value the phenomenal work that our team members are doing, very oten ar rom the limelight in the various markets we operate. We wish to showcase these works that hinge on passion or our guests. Each hotel will be asked to send a story about a team member that has shown passion and innovation in its quest to blow away our guests. Details o this award will be sent to you shortly.
