This session motivated me to organize and showcase movement and dance on a public platform; it also is the motivation behind a future stretching and movement therapy SPA Refresher idea that I will implement to encourage exercise and movement classes to promote family health and nutritious meal planning, too. a. It inspired me to formalize our program design and develop a new promotional fact sheet highlighting and marketing our program for the Fall Session 2014. a.
