(5) San Diego Cooperative Charter School – this session provided sound principles on keeping kids at the center and what it means to be child-centered. It inspired me to formalize our program design and develop a new promotional fact sheet highlighting and marketing our program for the Fall Session 2014. a. Staff & Team Leadership Attributes (6) Develop Your Pitch/The Power of Words – These two sessions will be commingled to help develop my program pitch and to focus on the key areas below. I prepared a letter and promotions campaign abstract to invite local council representatives to attend our upcoming Lights 0n Afterschool National Day of celebration. Other supporting themes are embedded throughout the digital presentation to feature the core values and objectives of the independent study and community project between Ethel Sims and local constituents. a.
