Make sure it is one that no one else has used yet. (You'll have to read their DQs to know which ones are taken). Think of a product you are familar with. Use details and specific examples to show what a marketing strategy would be under the "traditional marketing concept" and what it would be under the "value- and retention-focused marketing concept."
