9th annual Ohio Healthcare Information Technology Day (OHIT Day) at the Ohio Statehouse Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Governor John Kasich has proclaimed it to be Ohio Healthcare Information Technology Day throughout the State of Ohio.
Ohio Healthcare Information Technology Day 2/11/15 is in the Ohio Statehouse Atrium. HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP: Support the further use of Telehealth technology to improve the delivery of healthcare for Ohioans. Support health IT funding in your future budget considerations even though budget deficit conditions will need to be resolved. Support policies to increase health Information exchange in Ohio consistent with national standards and help supply funding as needed. Support the funding of health IT workforce development programs that are needed to implement the health IT objectives in Ohio. Support coordination of care through a technologically integrated healthcare community, including the healthcare consumer, caregivers, and payers as partners.
