Lessthan1percentofthe PortsAuthority’stotalrevenue forfiscal2012camefrom militarycargo,butthatis expectedtogrow,says communicationsdirector ShannonMoody. Movetocommercial Forthe82ndCAB,thePort ofWilmingtonwasatest.Maj. ToddTarnoffwiththe841st TransportationBattalionbased inCharlestonwasonhandto ensurethatthecargo redeploymentwentsmoothly.
