Like best sellers, it all starts with an alluring cover (store front and windows) to entice the guest to enter the store and see what story waits inside. Opening the book (inside your store) you tell stories (strike tables, branded merchandise displays) that the guest enjoys throughout their visit while reminiscing about their own stories of the past (antiques and products from their childhood) . At the end of the book the guest will have had a wonderful experience from the stories and employees they encounter. This leads to an enjoyable experience for your guest, which makes them want to return for more stories (changing displays frequently). Just like wanting to read more from the same author, they want to experience other Mast General Store locations.
