When RETP represents you in a transaction, either as a buyer or a seller, or facilitates both sides of a transaction, we limit our commission with the seller. For the seller, they can save thousands that would be lost to a traditional listing agent. For the buyer, it can mean a reduction in the price of the home equal to the amount that the seller saves on the buyer side commission. A lower price means a quicker sale without harming the seller’s bottom line.
