More people should include fish in their diet because it brings many advantages to their health. Starting with the fact that it can diminish mood swings, fish is also important because it has vitamin D, helps the bones remain strong, improves the sight and the functions of the brain. It is indeed a strange thing to see such a difference between fish and various other types of meat. But the answer is quite simple: the oceans are filled with algae that have high nutritional values and, guess what, fish eat algae.
