FINANCING The contemplated mortgage will be provided by Security Bank, Tulsa under the terms and conditions set forth below. Mortgage Principal Amount: $1,320,000 Rate: 5.75% Amortization: 20 yr. Annual D/S: $111,210 D.S.C.R. 1.61 The loan for the property shall be secured by a first lien deed of trust. The loan shall be 100% non-recourse against Allstate Associates, LLC and its members. CRW Development Associates, LLC by Randy Wheeler, RECO Enterprises by Jerry Reed, will be signing all loan documents on behalf of Allstate Associates, LLC. FUNDING The funds shall be apportioned as follows: $330,000 Purchase money for the real estate $24,750 Fee to RECO Enterprises $24,750 Fee to CRW Development Associates $20,000 Closing Costs $399,500 Total The escrow deposit of $5,000 was due upon the full execution of the sales agreement. The deposit shall be credited against the purchase price of closing. CLOSING The closing is scheduled to take place on or before September 25, 2014.
