Tibiar agua y agregar a la masa colocar en forma de hilo el aceite de oliva , amasar hasta obtener conciencia elástica dejar reposar durante 15 mints en un lugar calido. 3) 3. Rebanar ojo y cebolla en brounisse y albahaca en shiffonade. 4) 4. En una cacerola rosear aceite de oliva y freír hasta un cambio de color. 5) 5. Licuar jitomates previamente sin cascara y sin semillas después verter a la cebolla colocar especies al gusto hasta obtener el sabor de la salsa deseada y dejar reducir la salsa. 6) 6. Engrasar y enharinar la charola extender la masa lo mas delgada que se pueda extender con ayuda de un rodillo. 7) 7. Colocar salsa menos en las orillas colocar ingredientes deseados cubrir con queso y hornear a 200 C .
