Committee: Peaceful Uses of Outer Space Topic: Militarization of Outer Space Country: Russia Delegate: Esther Álvarez Carrillo Good morning honorable chair and fellow delegates. In representation of the Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, and the President, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, as well as the citizens of the nation, the delegation of The Russian Federation is very pleased to be a part of this important committee in which the topic to discuss is the Militarization of Outer Space.
