POLICIES Work Hours - Effective 03.10.14 Per Jan , peak hours at Morris 4x4 are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm . While we are somewhat flexible and understand that situations beyond your control arise, we need the Data Department here during those hours. If youneedto come in prior to 8:30am that needs to be approved by Fisher or Jordan. Also, if you have more than 2 hours of overtime let Fisher or Jordan know, do not take it to Jamie. Plan out your 40 weekly hours so you can let us know before Tuesday if you will haveovertime. Attendance (Section 4; P 1) If ou are oin to be late for work or absent, notif our su ervisor before the start of our workda . If you need time off from work, let Jordan know 2 weeks in advance via our ticket system. Once Jordan has received and a roved our ticket re uest,Jordan will send to Jamie for final a roval. Recording Your Time (Section 2; Pg 1): You are ex ected to follow these rocedures in kee in an accurate record of hours worked. Record as follows: 1. Immediatel before startin our shift 2. Immediatel after finishin work before our meal eriod 3. Immediatel before resumin work after our meal eriod 4. Immediately after finishing work 5. Immediatel before and after an other time awa from work DO NOT USE PHONES WHILE CLOCKED IN. Lunch Breaks: Em lo ees are allowed a one hour lunch break. You MUST take at least 30 minutes. This break MUST be taken between 12 m and 2 m. If ou need to take it after 2 m see Fisher or Jordan first. Other Breaks: If you are away from your desk for a non-work related reason for more than 5 minutes you MUST clock out. Standards of Conduct: (Section 4; Pg 3 & Morris Section of Employee Handbook) Disciplinary action may include a verbal warning, written warning, suspension with or without pay and/or discharge. The appropriate disciplinary action imposed will be determined by the company. The company does not guarantee that one form of action will necessarily precede the other. The following is a partial list of examples of rule infractions or misconduct that may result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge: violation of the company's policies, insubordination, disrespect toward fellow employees, visitors or other members of the public, poor attendance or poor performance, dishonesty, falsification of timekeeping records, unauthorized use of streaming (TV, music or movies), excessive absenteeism. These examples are not all inclusive and a more thorough list can be found on the page referenced above. Facilities Monitoring: (Morris Section of Employee Handbook) For the safety of the employees and the security of the building, audio, video and computer monitoring and recording are done 24/7 on premise. These recordings are archived. Dress Code While this is a relaxed atmosphere, clothing still needs to be presentable and appropriate. Jeans and t-shirts are acceptable but can not be torn or stained.
