GENERAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: Booth Spaces. Booths are 10’ x 10’ (100 sq. ft.) spaces. Retail Exhibitors: $100 for one 10’ x 10’ booth space ; $50 for each additional space. Non-Profit/Rescue Organizations: $25 for one 10 ’ x 10 ’ booth space; limited to 15 rescues; first come, first serve. Other Non-Profit Organizations : $3 5 for one 10’ x 10’ booth space; $15 for each additional space. Food Vendors: $15 0 for one 10’ x 10’ booth space ; $100 each additional space. Electricity: add $25 Food Trucks: Cost $150 for 10’ x 10’ serving space. Please note which side of trailer you will be serving from. Performance Based Organizations: Kiwanis Club of Largo Mid-Pinellas Foundation, Inc. invites you to participate in the event by demonstrating your activity (i.e. obedience, agility, skill (Frisbee, flyball, doggie dancing), safety demonstrations). There is no participation fee charged if you donate a performance or demonstration. NOTE: Each participant is responsible for collecting Florida State Sales Tax and reporting it to the Florida Department of Revenue. Out of state participants must also adhere to their individual state laws. Booth Accommodations/Equipment. You will be responsible to bring any and all equipment you require to set up your booth space (table, chairs, tents, fencing for performance areas, etc.) The City of Largo may have certain items of equipment available for rent. If you are in need of equipment rental, please contact Michele Simmons at (727) 776-7250. Waiver of Liability and Insurance. The Kiwanis Club of Largo/Mid-Pinellas Foundation, Inc. is required to maintain a one million dollar insurance policy in order to host this event. To help ensure we succeed in securing the necessary coverage, with the knowledge that insurance companies consider dogs to be “dangerous animals,” all Exhibitors, performance organizatio ns and food vendors will be required to sign the attached Exhibitor Participation, Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. Further, all food vendors participating in the event shall be required to furnish the Kiwanis Club of Largo/Mid-Pinellas Foundation, Inc. a standard Certificate of Insurance evidencing coverage for any claim which might arise, with a combined single limit of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence Bodily Injury and Property Damage, to be furnished at least 14 days prior to the event. Said Certificate of Insurance shall reflect The City of Largo, Kiwanis International and Kiwanis Club of Largo/Mid-Pinellas, Inc. as named additional insureds on the General Liability insurance policy. Said Certificate of Insurance shall indicate that the insurance covers all premises and operations which will be involved in the event, as well as products liability insurance for any equipment to be furnished or any food products or services to be sold by the operator. OTHER EVENT INFORMATION: • Set up the day of the event begins at 7 a.m. and must be completed by 9 a.m. Food truck set up must begin no later than 7:30 a.m. You will need to unload your vehicle as quickly as possible, and complete your set-up after removing your vehicle to the designated Exhibitor parking area. • You will be provided a vehicle pass to be displayed on your windshield to gain access to drive on to the event grounds for set up and break down. You will only be permitted to drive one vehicle on to the event grounds. Vehicles are only permitted on the event grounds during assigned set-up and break-down times – you may drive in to unload and set up your booth, then you must remove your vehicle(s) from the show area and park in the designated parking areas for Exhibitors. Speed limit is 5 mph in the Park. • No vehicles will be permitted to enter or be left on the event grounds from 9 a.m. on until 3 p.m. • Exhibitors will be required to keep their booths open, and staff and monitor their booths for the entire event. Event volunteers will be available to stand-in for you allowing you to take short breaks if needed. • Signage and decoration of booths is encouraged so long as it is in good taste. Kiwanis Club of Largo/Mid- Pinellas Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to remove any decor deemed inappropriate for the event. • No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the show grounds. • If you need to re -stock or remove articles from your booth area during the event, you must do this by
