Ingredientes: 1 paquete de canelones de pasta para lasaña. 40 gr. Mantequilla. ½ pza. cebolla. 2 dientes de ajo. ¾ kg. Carne molida. 100 gr tocino Sal pimienta. 1 lata chica de chipotle adobado. 250 ml. Crema lincott para batir. 700 gr. Queso mozarellla o manchego. 300 gr. Queso parmesano. 200 gr. Queso azul o gruyere o de cabra. Nuez moscada en polvo. Procedimiento : 1 . - Rebanar la cebolla y ajo en brunoise . Reservar . 2 . - Rebanar small dice el tocino . 3 . - Colocar en un sartén un poco de mantequilla con aceite de olivo y freír la cebola , ajo y tocino . 4 . - Añadir la carne y salpimentar . Incorporar un poco de picante y dejar cocinar 5 minutos mas . 5 . - Calentar la crema lincott y añadir un trozo de cebolla, un diente de ajo, nuez moscada al gusto . 6 . - Cuando la crema comuence a hervir añadir queso crema y mezclar con batidor globo . 7 . - Incorporar 300 gr . Queso mozzarella rallado y queso azul . Seguir moviendo hasta incorporar y desaparecer los grumos . Rectificar sazón . 8 . - Rellenar los canelones con la carne . Engrasar un refractario con mantequilla, verter un poco de salsa en la base e ir acomodando los canelones . 9 . - Bañar con la salsa de queso y añadir el resto del queso mozzarella . 10 . - Hornear a 200 º C por espacio de 25 a 30 minutos . Canelones a los 4 quesos.
