You’ll also learn what some of your fellow EFI users are doing to generate loyalty. While I was researching the subject of customer loyalty for Select, I came upon a study by the Temkin Group. They surveyed UK and US consumers to learn that customer experience is highly correlated to customer loyalty. In other words, when a customer has a good experience with you, they are more likely to buy more from you as well as recommend your company to a colleague. I also learned that 62 percent of small business owners are planning to spend the majority of their annual budget on retaining existing customers. That says a great deal. And just about all research agrees that the best way to do that is through customer loyalty initiatives. As you read through Select you will find that there are two key ingredients that combine to create customer loyalty. The first is nurturing high-quality relationships that bring value and respond to customer needs. The other is developing innovative products that broaden your abilities while easing your efforts.
