This month we have asked Paul Rapuano our Quality and Development Co-ordinator to share his tip on how to better use Reports in the Rapid Contractor Management System. When clicking on the Reports tab in the system, Paul’s top tip: “Use the Contractor Management Report and the Inductee Course Table V2 report or an efcient way to view all contractor and inductee data.” These reports extract all data relating to contracting companies (such as document expiries etc.) and inductee’s courses into a concise spreadsheet. You are then able to flter the data according to your current reporting needs, i.e. filter all contractor company compliant status.
