My name is Tim Harrison, I have tan skin, and hair like milk chocolate. I’m muscular from lifting boxes of fruit and vegetables all day. I live alone with my dad who works on a farm out of city limits. I usually in the city selling the food to people who won’t grow it themselves. On a normal day I was getting ready to go to the farmers market with avocado and pears. I got on the boat to the market and thats when i found out that boats aren’t really my thing. I was riding when something slammed into the side of the boat. I walked to the other side to see a giant sea monster that looked like a centipede. It wrapped it’s tentacles around the hull of the boat, and snapped it in half. I fell into the water, losing consciousness. It was midnight, when I first arrived at Camp .5 Blood. A group of blond haired kids, all about the same age, pulled me to shore. I was very weak, I had not eaten in several days. There were scars, and bruises all over my body, most of them still very painful. They brought me to a large house the color of the sky. People were shouting orders but I was too dazed to understand. I woke up in a warm bed the feeling of eyes watching me. I groaned as I sat up rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, hands pushed me down as someone spoke. “Easy there,” a man in a wheelchair said, “You’re still very weak.” “Where… am I, who are you,” I asked. “My name is Chiron, and you are at Camp .5 Blood.” He explained as he handed me a drink. “This is called Nectar, it is the drink of the gods, and can help heal your injuries.” “Gods? Like the Greek Gods?” “Yes.”
