"It is vengeance I NEED!" I told the stranger, even though I had no idea who this person was. "My father died because of Lucien.... Lucien doesn't deserve to live his life while my father is six feet under because of him." "What would you say if I could help you achieve your vengeance?" The stranger queried. "Why would you help me when you don't even know my name? I interrogated. "Your name is Liam Golding, your father was killed by Lucien the warlord king, you are still grieving your father, that died exactly one year ago." The stranger responded to Liam. "Well... I still don't know your name!" I sputtered. "My name is Elizabeth, I'm an angel." Elizabeth replied. "Then where are your wings? "I retorted to Elizabeth "None of your business." She told him coldly. "So what do you want," I asked venom dripping off my words. "I am here to help with your vengeance on Lucien. "How so?" I questioned. "I am going to give you temporary powers to achieve your vengeance. But I must warn you there are many consequences for the powers that I will give you!" She answered immediately. "If these powers help me avenge my father then I accept,"I replied with as much confidence as I could muster. “Beware, many things are to come out of this and many things are to be taken from this.” The angel named Elizabeth warned him. "If it means I can avenge my father then I will accept whatever the cost," “Even if it means the cost of your own life?” "Yes," I replied, puffing out my chest trying to look gstronger than I felt. “If that is what you say, then so be it.” Elizabeth replied. Her hands began to glow, the light illuminated the dark, dreary graveyard making it seem less sad looking, but suddenly the light began to move from her hands to my chest. I looked at the light, it seemed to get brighter before it flashed a charcoal black then disappeared. I looked up, and the angel was no where to be seen. I was once again the only person within this sad graveyard. “Thank you.” I whispered into the empty air in front of me. I somehow knew she would be able to hear me even if she was not here with me. “Now it’s time I track down Lucien and show him how my father felt when Lucien killed him.”
