MASA PARA PIZZA INGREDIENTES: ¾ Kg. Harina 1 manojo de orégano Sal y pimienta 1manojo de tomillo ½ L. agua Albahaca ``fresca`` 200 ml. Aceite de olivo 1/ cebolla grande Sobre de levadura en polvo 3 dientes de ajo Opción: 1 Kg. Jitomate escalfado Salchicha, jamón, salami, 1 Kg. De queso mozzarella o peperoni, piña, chorizo, rajas, manchego Champiñones, etc. 4 cucharadas de azúcar INSTRUCCIONES: 1.-Mezclar en un bowld harina, sal, pimienta, levadura, 2 cdas. De azúcar y orégano molido. 2.-Entibiar agua y verter poco a poco a la masa y agregar el aceite de olivo en forma de hilo, dejar reposar por un tiempo de 30 min. 3.-Rebanar la cebolla y el ajo en brunoise. 4.-Rebanar la albahaca en shiffonade. 5.-En una cacerola verter aceite de olivo con el ajo y la cebolla hasta que cambie su color. 6.-Licuar el jitomate y verter la cebolla por 5 min. Y agregar la sal y la pimienta. 7.-Esperar a que reduzca la salsa hasta obtener la consistencia deseada. 8.-En una charola colocar el papel estrella, poner la masa y estirar lo más delgada posible con un rodillo. 9.-Verter la salsa y los demás ingredientes deseados y hornear por 20 min a unos 200º C.
