Clark Dining Services is unique in many ways, most importantly by our from-scratch dining philosophy. We take great pride in creating delicious food, made with raw ingredients including hand-cut fresh veggies, in house sauces and healthy fresh proteins. We believe in cooking for our students and guests as we do for our own families – making dishes they love with a focus on nutrition and well-being.
