FRANKLIN-SIMPSON MIDDLE SCHOOL LIBRARY MEDIA CENTER Selection and Collection Development Designed to provide a guide for the operation of a Middle School Media Center. The manual is updated as changes occur. The manual will help members of the library staff, teachers, administrators, or volunteer to gain an overview of how the media center works within the middle school library operations. Additionally, this guide helps the individual to understand each of the functions of the media center and insight on how to perform each of the functions. Updated by: Jennifer Emberton (Dec 2014)
