1 Table of Contents 2 3 Mexican Cheese Ball ● 1 can evaporated milk ● 2 eggs ● 2 cups of drained pumpkin ● ¾ cup of sugar ● ½ t. salt ● 1 t. cinnamon ● ½ t. ginger ground ● 1/8 t. ground cloves ● Pour in Pie crust and bake at 375⁰F for 1 hour Deviled Eggs ● 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled halved lengthwise ● 1/4 cup mayonnaise, ● 1 tablespoon prepared mustard ● 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar ● 1/4 teaspoon salt ● 1 tablespoon sugar ● paprika (to garnish) ● Scoop egg yolks into bowl. Set aside egg whites. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to yolks. Mash together with fork until smooth. Spoon mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
