Our Standard of Service -A Commitment to You Once the listing paperwork has been signed by all parties (this can be done electronically), the home will be entered, on the agreed-upon date, into the MLS. Within 24-36 hours the listing will begin to be syndicated to the top 900 real estate search sites on the internet. Prior to to the listing hitting the MLS, we will re-visit the home for measurements and other specifications. We will schedule a convenient day and time for our photographer to take pictures of the home. These photos will be included in all marketing materials, the property website (mentioned below), and thevirtual tour. A for sale sign will be installed in the front yard. Directional signs will be placed, in accordance with county regulations. A full-color, 4 page brochure will be created and placed inside the home and outside at the sign. A stand-alone website and virtual tour will be created for the home and a rider displaying the URL for the website will be installed with the sign. Our database of over 1800 local Realtors will be sent Just Listed postcards. We will utilize this database of Realtors throughout the listing process, sending regular reminders about your home and informing agents about any updates or revisions to the listing. We have found that direct communication withour colleagues in the industry about our listings is highly effective in getting homes sold. Your home will be prominently featured within our office and will thus garner the attention of the over 250 agents that are affiliated with our brokerage. Our network is huge and as a result our brokerage has a very high inside sales percentage. Our contact information will be featured on all signage and marketing collateral. We work in full partnership, ensuring that one or both of us is always available to answer questions from prospective buyers and/or their agents, facilitate showings, etc. Our team will provide you with weekly updates, via phone or email (whichever you prefer) recapping the previous week's marketing efforts, showings, and feedback. These weekly updates will continue once the home is under contract and we move toward closing.
