DROP ROUNDED TEASPOON FOR EACH PUFF 1/2 INCH APART ON LIGHTLY GREASED COOKIE SHEET. SPRINKLE TOPS WITH PARMESAN CHEESE. BAKE 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE TO WIRE RACK; COOL COMPLETELY. (FOR BEAST RESULTS, COOK ONE COOKIE SHEET AT A TIME IN CENTER OF OVEN. NOTE: FREEZE PUFFS IN A SINGLE LAYER ABOUT 30 MINUTES. PLACE IN PLASTIC BAGS AND KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. REHEAT IN 350° 8-10 MINUTES.
