This event usually take place around Christmas time. By us doing this kids are now able to have things under the tree. Fall Motivation Rally The rally takes place in the beginning of the school year. This is an event when all the FBLA chapters of Georgia enjoy a day at the fair. Which is the Georgia Perry Fair. The rally is designed to get student “pumped” for this school year. March of Dimes For the month of March we have the event called the March of Dimes. This is when we gather money for babies that are premature within our school. It is then donated so babies can grow up strong and healthy. FBLA HISTORY: The FBLA concept was developed in 1937 by Dr. Hamden L. Forkner of Columbia University. The first high school chapter was chartered in Johnson City, Tennessee on February 3, 1942. In 1958, the first PBL collegiate chapter was chartered in Iowa. The Professional Division, originally the Alumni Division, began in 1979. Joining FBLA-PBL in 1994 was the FBLA- Middle Level for students in grades 5-9.
