Flooding in New Orleans from the Hurricane Katrina

Hurricane Katrina hit the coast of new Orleans and cause a major flood in the city. The whole city was underwater due to the Mississppi river risen and mixing with the coast waters from the golf. The water over took the city and changed it forever. Many people were killed and the population has not rebounded. The city has taken better steps to make sure that the sea walls will hold in more water.
