MENUCONNECT APPLICATIONS (In restaurant) This APP is used only though the restaurant once the customers arrive 1) Once a customer is seated they will receive a menu connect tablet. 2) The initial screen should be the restaurants logo and colors and a layout of the table with the number of seats. 3) The customer will then select the seat they are sitting on in order for the waitress to know what order is for who and what menu is being use by which customer. 4) Once the seat is selected the menu will appear with all of the different categories. 5) The menu should have the capability to have an image of the meal as well as the appetizers. Calories, ingredients, and customer rating should be shown if applicable. 6) The kitchen staff should be notified as soon as the customer has made a selection automatically. 7) The waitress should be notified through the kitchen as soon as the meal is ready. 8) The customer should be able to easily navigate through the menu and if decided to go back to the home page and look at deserts, or drinks, or pay the bill. 9) The customer and the waitress should be able to connect right through the menu. Example- if the customer needs a refill of the drink the waitress will notified right away. MENU Connect APP (Customer) (This application can be downloaded and used outside the restaurant) 1) As mentioned before the customers should be able to download our app to their smartphones or look through our website with the restaurants that we are doing business with. 2) Once the customer has downloaded the app they should be able to navigate through the menu before they have even arrived at the restaurant. 3) Once selected a restaurant location they should be able to look at the table availability in real time and also reserve a table. 4) They should also be able to make an order and pay for it before arrival. 5) If they are in a rush they should be able to hit a (Start Preparation) button and have the restaurant prepare the food before they even arrive. Once they arrive the food will already be on the table waiting. 6) The customer will be how long it will take for the meals to be prepared and therefore they will determine when to send the (Start Preparation) notification only once they have paid for the bill.
