STARTING THE CHALLENGE The Whole Life Challenge begins and ends with the Whole Life Challenge Personal Inventory. The inventory consists of three items: 1. A measureable workout 2. Basic body measurements 3. Before photos A measureable workout is a workout test. All results must be measurable by a score or a time and must be something that you can improve upon. For example, running or walking a measured distance (like 1 mile) as fast as you can will give you a TIME result. Doing as many sit ups as you can in 1 minute will give you a SCORE result. Completing a 1-hour yoga or Pilates class is not a measurement. No matter how many times you do it, the time will always be one hour. There is no possibility for a time improvement. Basic body measurements consist of 1 of 3 types of measurements: 1. Girth measurements of your waist and hips in inches or centimeters 2. Weight in pounds or kilograms, or 3. Body fat percentage. You will be given the option on your profile to select one of these types of measurement. Before photos are for your reference only. They will not be used as a part of the determination of your improvement. These measurements and photos will remain private on your profile if you wish. You will repeat this inventory again when you complete the Challenge, and your personal improvement will be calculated. Your improvement in your workout and measurements are used in the calculations for final ranking among your teammates.
