Housing request is received from adjuster. 1 Housing solutions presented to policyholder, (within 24 hours), and property showings coordinated by our real estate consultants. 3 Upon final approval, we arrange the lease signing, and facilitate any furniture rental needs ahead of move-in. 5 We manage all extension approvals and paperwork, as well as, any other issues that arise during the stay. 7 Policyholder is immediately contacted to determine specific housing needs and to arrange hotel accommodations while housing solutions are being found. 2 Once the insured has chosen a temporary home, we negotiate lease terms, and submit to the adjuster for final approval. 4 Churchill coordinates all aspects of the move-in including setting up furniture, housewares & appliances. A final check of the accommodations is performed to ensure 100% satisfaction. 6 Finally, we coordinate all aspects of the move-out process, and assist with the recovery of the insured’s security deposit. All move-out details are communicated directly to the policyholder so there are no delays in getting back into their permanent residence home. 8
