HypotheticalClassroom  Welcome!Myclassroomisorganizedandfilledwithpostersthatencourage scientificlearning.Theatmosphereispositiveandfriendlytowardsstudent learning.Therearetwenty-onestudentsinmyclassroom.Therearetenboysand 11females.Fourteenoutofthetwenty-onestudentsareCaucasian,fourstudents areHispanic,onestudentisAsian,onestudentisAfricanAmerican,andonestudent isIndian.Thesestudentscomefromavarietyofeconomicbackgrounds.Fifteenof thetwenty-fourstudentsreceivefreeandreducedlunches.Sevenpercentofthe studentsinmyclassareEnglishLanguageLearners(ELLs).Therearethree studentswhorequirespecialeducationalservicesduetoacademicdeficiencies.I hopetocreateanenvironmentwherestudentscanbestsuitablylearn.  ClassroomOrganization  Tableswereorganizedandplacedinthespotsinthepicturebelowsothatthe teachercouldeasilymovearoundtheclassroom,andsothatstudentscouldinteract insociallearninggroups.Theteachersdeskwasplacedtowardstheopenspaced walltoallowforhandsonworkwithstudent.Ifcertainstudentsaren’tableto handlethegroupstheyhavebeenplacedin,thenIcaneasilyadjustbymovingthe studenttoadifferenttable.Ifstudentsarehavingbehavioralproblemsinmyclass, thenIcanmovethemclosertotheteachersdesktohopefullycreateaproximity effectaroundthestudent.MyELLstudents,studentswithacademicdeficiencies,
