Jaclyn Shriman graduated Farmingdale State College in 2011, with a Bachelors of Technology degree in Visual Communications, she had a 3.53 when she completed school. She was also a resident assistant for the school from the Spring of 2008 till May of 2011. Jaclyn was on the dean’s list from Fall of 2007 till May of 2011. Jaclyn currently is working at Fabrication Enterprises Inc. as there graphic designer, she has been working there almost two years. Fabrication Enterprises Inc. creates physical and occupational therapy products. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to digital photography of products, package design, form design, catalog layouts, instruction manual design, logos, photography editing, prepares images for print and web, and completes in house printing needs. She is excellent with communication, listening and interpersonal skills. In addition she has good organizational skills, is able to work well independently and as a cooperative team member. Jaclyn is hardworking, reliable, dedicated as well as goal oriented and able to successfully follow a project through to completion. She helps clients create business cards, postcards, event posters, brochures, logos, web designs, and digital illustrations. She also takes sports and scenery photography. Jaclyn offers a wide range of programs and services in both digital and film photography; she is able to develop black and white film, her computer skills include Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Flash, Muse, HTML, Bridge and Creative Cloud), Quark XPress 9, Adobe Acrobat, WASP (label maker) MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. She take great pride in the design work I create and always strive to deliver and effective, focused, and on-target product that fits her client’s needs and goals. She is a creative, reliable, hardworking designer who can work well in a collaborative team environment or individually. She works well with clients and consider herself a strong communicator and listener who is always eager to learn. Her career goals are to continue to learn and grow as a graphic designer while utilizing her creativity, knowledge, education and people skills to benefit her employer.
