The Association and the School will not engage in any political or sectarian activities; nor in curriculum or in official functioning favour any belief system, world view or set of ultimate values. Article 3: LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY 3.1. The Association shall use all due diligence to attempt to ensure that the Association and the School fulfill the legal requirements of the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia. 3.2. Article 4: LOCATION 4.1. The Office of the Association will be located on the School premises. 4.2. The School will be located within the vicinity of Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. Article 5: OBJECTIVES FOR THE SCHOOL The School will provide high quality educational services and school facilities with an international curriculum that maintains international standards and with international accreditation which will enable students to pursue further studies at comparable levels on leaving Cambodia. Specifically: 5.1. A well-balanced, non-sectarian, non-discriminatory educational programme in the English Language primarily for members of the international community residing in Cambodia, regardless of race, religion, nationality, or gender, in accordance with the admissions policy determined by the Board. 5.2. High quality facilities, resources, and teaching in all areas of the educational programme. 5.3. An atmosphere that encourages students to acquire self-discipline and responsibility toward others. 5.4. A learning environment that promotes responsible global awareness and respect, that encourages a sense of inquiry, that values creativity, and that teaches the analytical skills and intellectual tools to prepare students for a changing world. 5.5. Opportunities for parents to actively participate in their child’s learning process. 5.6. The School will be for levels encompassing Early Childhood through to Grade 12.
