Mantequilla ½ Manojo de Perejil 4 ramas de perejil 6pzas. Lim ó n 1 bote chico de crema de vaca 3pzas. Pimiento: Rojo, Amarillo, verde. 1cda, Mostaza 3 dientes de ajo 50ml. Aceite de olivo ½ Cebolla 40ml. Ron o Brandy 1 Paquete chico de Aceitunas deshuesadas Procedimiento: Beef strogonof 1.- Salpimentar carne. Derretir mantequilla y añadir un poco de aceite. Dorar el ajo y cebolla en brunoise. Sellar la carne y dejar cocinar por espacio de 5 min. 2.- Incorporar mostaza, crema, sal, pimienta, y perejil rebanado finamente. 3.-Flamear la carne y servir caliente. Filete de pescado relleno: 1.-Salpimentar filetes y colocarlos sobre un trozo de papel aluminio con un poco de mantequilla. 2.-Rebanar en brunoise ajo y cebolla. Rebanar a la mitad los camarones. Lavar y reservar. Rebanar en rodajas las aceitunas. Rebanar en julianas los pimientos. Rebanar finamente el perejil. 3.-En un sartén amplio derretir mantequilla y saltear ajo, cebolla, pimientos y camarones. Salpimentar e incorporar el perejil y agregar vino blanco 4.-Colocar el relleno sobre los filetes. Cubrir los filetes y hornear por 20 min a 180°C.
