2 Have you ever wondered why your focus was a little off or even “ a lot ” off? It happens more times than not, but it is not because you are lazy or incapable of seeing things through. This demeanor is very common among people who tend to lose or lack f ocus from the very beginning of any task. For example, let’s use a very common obstacle for many people…losing weight. When a person says, “I am going to lose weight”, they are actually in a focus mode. They are aware of what they want to do, and they may even have a plan of attack to lose the pounds; and even further, they may have a goal in mind.
