• Technical Print Ltd reserve the right to adjust quoted orders in the event of any changes in the law or Government regulations e.g. import duties, taxation, customs and excise duties etc. All prices are based on present costs of production. In the event of the increase of wages , materials or delivery charges after the order has been confirmed or contract accepted we shall be entitled to relay these charges to you. • Any claims arising from delay, partial loss in transit or damage shall be made direct to Technical Print Limited in writing which must reach us by 5 days of the goods being delivered to you. This also applies to any claims made regarding quality or quantity. All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and confirmation of receipt should be recorded. Technical Print Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused to the goods during transit unless notification of the loss of damage is made direct to us at the time of delivery. In the event of non delivery, you must inform us in writing within 4 days on receipt of our invoice. • In the event that defects concerned with the goods cause death, damage or injury, our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.. Technical Print Ltd can accept no liability for loss or damage arising from the supply of the goods under this contract unless you have complied with the ‘Claims Procedures’ as specified above. This does not affect the rights of the consumer. • Any order cancellations will be subject to charge for work carried out up to date of the cancellation. Any cancellations must be made to Technical Print Ltd in writing.
