In my 10 plus years of experience, I have seen many types of markets and have assisted my clients with the transaction to ensure deadlines are met and they are as stress-free as possible. I am very knowledgeable of the contract and keep close communication with all parties of the transaction. I am very detail oriented and provide only the highest level of service to all my clients and I am always the point of contact in the transaction. I am very tech savvy and keep up with the tools that will assist my buyers and sellers with achieving the best result in their real estate needs. In my career, I have mentored dozens of agents and helped develop a mentoring program that is still used today at my prior company. Teaching is learning and it made me a better agent and has benefited my business tremendously.
I believe in the personal touch and strongly believe in personally, face to face presenting offers for my buyers and receiving offers for my sellers. As tech savvy as I am this is an area that requires the personal touch. Meeting the agent on the other end of a transaction and being able to talk about your client and communicate to them that you will show up and do your job. My clients often say and I agree “I turn transactions into relationships” The end of the transaction is never the end of the client being my client or a lot of the time friends.
